The Extra-wide Aussie safety oxbow
is a major breakthrough in stirrup technology. The tread depth is 3",
tread width is 5 1/4", the top of the shank is 2 1/2" across, and the

Duel
Stirrup Option
A dual position stirrup suspension bar can be added to any
saddle with a wood/ steel tree. In the back position it allows the rider to
be seated with heel, elbow and shoulders in line, which makes it ideal for
arena schooling. The standard forward position is ideal for trail, making
long rides both safe and comfortable, because it puts more bearing weight of
the rider on the thigh, not just the seat bone.

Campdraft Leather
The legendary campdraft leather,
the most commonly used stirrup leather in the Australian bush. The outside
is 2 1/2", the backside 1 1/4". No pinching! Note how the tongue of the
leather goes back down through the buckle, and then threads thru the slot of
the iron, to stop it moving around. Shown here fitted with an Australian
safety oxbow.
The leathers are 5" at their widest,
and 2 l/2" where they pass under the shank of a stirrup, and 2" where they
go over the stirrup suspension bar of an Australian saddle, or over the rail
of the tree of a Western saddle.

BELL BRADY
The BELL BRADY STIRRUP is a new edition to the standard Australian
Brady Oxbow. It has a completely flat foot tread, 4 7/8" inside
measurement, with a height clearance of 5 1/8". Made from cast aluminum,
for both strength and lightness. Solid leather tread, laced on bottom.

Suede leather replacement stirrup pads for the aluminum Aussie, Western, English and
Endurance safety oxbows. They close with velcro on the under side. They are insereted
with foam for foot comfort, and the solid leather underside has a ridge that fits into a
slot in the sitrrup, so the pad does not rotate with foot pressure.
Make sure you close them in such a way that grass does not unpeal the pads.
Top of closure should be going backwards! Also available for
traditional four-bar irons and Dangaard Endurance irons.

Four Inch Fender
The four-inch fender, common to Australian stock saddles in the US.
It works like a mini Western fender, but hangs off the stirrup
suspension bar. BEWARE: Some copies of this fender developed by us are
being manufactured without webbing. Make sure any fender of this style
that you use has webbing down the complete length of the fender, and
also around the bottom buckle piece that is bolted to the iron (with
self-locking Teflon-loaded nuts ONLY) Note how the buckle is attacked to
the fender AFTER SLIDING UP THE SLEEVE TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE ADJUSTMENT.
Fenders come in lengths 21", 24", 26" and 28", colors black or brown.
