In our continuing effort to bring you the best products and service we have added new items to our on-line ordering. We now offer a variety of tack, accessories, maintenance products and videos in addition to our catalog. All prices in US dollars. We accept credit cards and checks. All of our regular policies apply to orders you make on line. Plus we offer a secure connection for providing you payment information.

Order with assurance. Our Products are produced by leading manufacturers, chosen for quality and value and accurately represented. All our producers must work to a rigid standard of specs.

RETURN POLICY: 

Saddles and tack returned in new condition within 14 days are eligible for a full refund, less shipping and handling, any adjustment fees and/or any custom work. 

Within 15 to 30 days, the refund will be less a 20% restocking fee.

After 30 days, saddles are eligible to be sold on consignment with a 30% commission due us on the best price we can negotiate.

For any returns, you must notify the office prior to shipping.

Saddles must be returned free of all dirt or horsehair. We charge $30 clean-up free on all saddles not returned in as new condition.

TERMS OF SALE:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment may also be made by Cashier's Check or Money Order. Personal checks are OK, but allow two weeks for the check to clear.

We ship C.O.D. to a Cashier's Check or money order only.

SHIPPING  AND HANDLING CHARGES: $70 on saddles within California. $70 on saddles within the rest of Continental USA, plus $10 for insurance. Hawaii and Alaska, and overseas, per quote.

PRICES AT TIME OF SHIPPING PREVAIL. Prices can be changed without notice.

California residents add local sales tax.

ACTUAL CHARGE WILL DEPEND ON ACTUAL WEIGHT.

REPAIRS: Saddles and tack repairs not paid for within one year will be considered abandoned, and will be sold to recover cost of work performed, and storage fees.
